How To Order:
Select the wine or product that you wish to acquire. It will bring you to the products page you can click the amount of the product you wish to buy, and then add the product to your cart. From here click the cart icon on the top right of the screen. You will be brought to the cart page. Enter your information, your payment method, and make sure everything you see for purchase is correct. Once everything looks perfect, please click pay now. You will be sent an confirmation email to let you know we received your order
Shipping Information:
Delivery will be made via Sagawa.
We will ship within 1 business day after receiving your order and payment confirmation.
Our Shipping fees are a flat rate of ¥700 for all regions. Shipping is free for orders totaling ¥15,000 (including tax) or more.
If you are wanting your order to be transported with "Cool Shipping," ¥200 will be added to the cost.
"Cool Shipping" is refrigerated shipping meaning you order will be shipped in a temperature controlled container.

Return Policy:
We do NOT accept returns on wine or food products. If the product is not a food or wine product, we are able to accept returns but the shipment cost will be dependent on the purchaser if ordered online. Product must be unopened and in original condition.
If returning in person at store, the buyer will require the product in perfect condition, and with receipt.
