What payment methods are available?

What should I do if I want to cancel or change my order?
If you are wanting to cancel or change your order before the order is shipped, please contact us at 70-2307-9561 or email at GoldenChaliceWines@outlook.com. If the order has already been shipped you will not be valid for a cancellation or change in product.
What are the shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are ¥700 for deliveries, unless you are in the areas of Hokkaido or Okinawa. If you live in Okinawa or any of the small islands, you will be charged an extra fee for shipping.
How long will it take for delivery?
Between 1-2 business days after the order has been shipped. You will be notified of when we ship your order.
Can I specify the delivery date and time?
Currently we do not allow specific delivery dates.
What If The Product Is Corked?
We are not responsible for corked products and we do not refund products that are corked.
Is it possible to return the product?
We do not accept returns on wine or food products.
