Aromas of ripe raspberry, cracked black pepper and smoke, layered with notes of fresh herbs, forest floor and earthy minerality. On the palate it is rich and concentrated, combining juicy red berries with black olive, savoury herbs and spiced chocolate, supported by soft tannins and balanced acidity. An excellent match for grilled lamb, pepper-crusted steak, roasted duck or herb-roasted mushrooms.
