On the palate it is crisp and beautifully textured, combining vibrant citrus and orchard fruit with fine, persistent bubbles and lively acidity. Small notes of hazelnut and subtle pastry notes unfold through the long, refreshing finish. An excellent match for oysters, seared scallops, smoked salmon or creamy brie cheese.
