On the palate it is rich yet elegant, combining concentrated stone fruit with vibrant acidity and a creamy texture gained from extended lees aging. Nuances of lemon zest, toasted nuts, wet stone and sea breeze unfold through the long, refined finish. An excellent match for grilled lobster, scallops, seafood paella or aged Manchego, whose rich and savoury flavours complement the wine's depth and freshness.
