On the palate it is crisp and beautifully balanced, combining bright orchard fruit with lively acidity and a distinctive saline edge. Hints of lemon zest, white flowers and crushed stone linger through the clean, refreshing finish. Pairs well with grilled seafood, risotto, fresh mozzarella and vegetable antipasti.
