The 2024 Closson Chase Ridge Vineyard opens with aromas of white peach, green apple and delicate white flowers layered with notes of citrus, and honey. On the palate it is dry with flavours of ripe orchard fruit with bright acidity, a chalky mineral character and a full, textured mouthfeel. Hints of lemon zest, pear and subtle honey unfold through the long, refreshing finish. An excellent match for oysters, grilled white fish, roast pork or creamy mushroom dishes.
