Description:
Cullen Grace Madeline 2022 is an elegant white blend from the Margaret River estate made from 76% Sauvignon Blanc and 24% Semillon grown on biodynamic, low-yield vines planted in the 1970s. In the glass it shows a pale straw colour with green highlights and bright aromatics of tropical pineapple and guava layered with citrus zest, green apple skin and subtle mineral complexity that reflects its cool maritime terroir. On the palate it is crisp, refreshing and beautifully balanced, with lively acidity carrying concentrated citrus and orchard fruit flavours into a long, polished finish — a refined and expressive Margaret River white with both freshness and depth. Pairs well with Octopus, shellfish, and steamed clams.
