A refined and elegantly textured Chardonnay, Lesca has aromas of ripe lemon, white peach and crisp green apple layered with hints of toasted almond, subtle vanilla and a touch of flinty minerality. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied, offering vibrant citrus and orchard fruit supported by well-integrated oak and a creamy yet balanced mouthfeel. Bright acidity provides lift and structure, while delicate notes of brioche and spice add complexity. Pairs well with chicken, sushi, sashimi, octopus balls, crab, and scallops.
