On the palate it is full-bodied and beautifully balanced, combining juicy dark fruit with supple tannins, fresh acidity and a subtle mineral character. Nuances of pepper and garrigue unfold through the long, savoury finish. An excellent match for grilled lamb, duck breast, roasted vegetables or herb-crusted pork, whose rich and savoury flavours complement the wine’s freshness and Mediterranean character.
