Dunham Cellars Trutina 2022 is a richly-textured Columbia Valley Bordeaux-style blend dominated by Merlot with significant Cabernet Sauvignon plus touches of Malbec and Petit Verdot. It opens with enticing aromas of coffee, baking spice, warm cobbler and dark cherry, layered with ripe blackberry and hints of dried dark fruit. The palate is lush and concentrated with black currant, dark plum and chocolate character, supported by balanced structure and a long, satisfying finish that shows both depth and smooth richness. Pairs well with aged cheeses, grilled steak, bacon burgers,  prosciutto, or spicy salami.
