The 2024 Felton Road Calvert Pinot Noir opens with aromas of dark cherry and ripe plum, layered with delicate notes of rose petal, violet and earthy spice. On the palate it is elegant yet concentrated, combining rich dark fruit with fine, structured tannins, vibrant acidity and a distinctive graphite-like minerality. Nuances of leather, cocoa and subtle spice unfold through the long finish. An excellent match for roast duck, herb-crusted lamb, wild mushroom risotto or venison.
