A refined and expressive Niagara Pinot Noir, the 2022 Flat Rock “Gravity” opens with aromas of red cherry, raspberry and dark plum layered with notes of wild mushroom, vanilla oak and subtle spice. On the palate it is medium-bodied and beautifully structured, combining ripe red fruit with firm yet polished tannins, vibrant acidity and a rich, rounded texture. Pairs well with roast duck, grilled pork, mushroom risotto or herb-roasted chicken.
