2020 Flat Rock Red “Twisted” opens with aromas of dark cherry and blackberry layered with notes of red berries, dried herbs and lightly toasted spice. On the palate it is medium-bodied with combining ripe berry fruit with fine tannins, refreshing acidity and a smooth, approachable texture. An excellent match for grilled steak, roast chicken, cured meats or hard cheeses.
