Pale straw with greenish highlights and an elegant, aromatic nose of lemon, white flowers (lily of the valley, acacia), and crisp green apple with subtle mineral hints from the limestone soils of Gavi. The palate is dry, vibrant and refreshing, showing a bright interplay of citrus and orchard fruit balanced by lively acidity and a touch of savory minerality. On the finish it’s clean, lingering and invigorating with citrus peel and floral echoes, making this a refined and versatile Italian white that’s both food-friendly and refreshing. Pairs well with french fries, cold pasta with zucchini,  lemon and olive oil linguine, salt-and-pepper tofu, sashimi, and risotto.
