Description:
The Gutiérrez Colosía Oloroso Sherry opens with rich aromas of toasted walnuts, hazelnuts and dried figs, layered with notes of leather, polished wood and toasted bread. On the palate it is full-bodied and intensely savoury, combining roasted nuts and dried fruit with hints of dark chocolate. A long, dry finish reveals earthy complexity, subtle saltiness and elegant oxidative character developed through traditional oak-barrel ageing. An excellent match for aged cheeses, Iberian cured meats, roasted nuts or slow-braised beef.
