On the palate it is delicately off-dry and beautifully balanced, combining vibrant citrus and orchard fruit with lively acidity and a refined mineral backbone. Nuances of lemon zest, wet stone and a hint of honey unfold through the long, elegant finish. An excellent match for spicy Thai cuisine, sushi, roast pork or fresh goat cheese, whose vibrant flavours complement the wine's freshness and gentle sweetness.
