Honig Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2022 is a classic Napa Valley Cabernet that shows ripe blackberry, black cherry and cassis flavours intertwined with spice, cedar and subtle vanilla from oak ageing. It opens with rich dark fruit aromas toasty oak and hints of dried flowers and walnut on the nose, while the palate is full-bodied and well-structured with smooth, balanced tannins and bright acidity leading to a long, layered finish that bridges fruit and savoury spice beautifully. Napa’s warm growing season gave this vintage depth and approachability, yet it will continue to develop gracefully with age.
