Description:

This wine is made entirely from Pinot Noir using the traditional method with extended ageing on its lees, which gives this sparkling wine both finesse and expressive fruit character. The wine pours a pale golden color with fine, persistent bubbles and opens with bright aromas of green apple, pear and fresh citrus, complemented by subtle brioche and almond notes from lees contact. On the palate it is dry with energetic acidity that frames crisp orchard fruit and citrus zest, joined by a mineral edge and a clean, refreshing finish. Pairs well with shellfish, oysters, comte cheese, chicken, scallops, and crab cakes.
