The nose opens with fresh aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and red currant, layered with subtle floral notes and a gentle hint of toasty aromas from lees ageing. On the palate it is dry (Brut) with lively acidity and a silky mousse that carries bright red berry flavours through a clean, refreshing structure. The texture is elegant and precise, finishing with lingering notes of fresh berries and a touch of mineral tension. Pairs well with salmon, sushi, tuna, crab legs, and salami.
