The 2019 Marqués de Griñón Cabernet Sauvignon shows deep ruby-red color with a compelling aromatic aromas of ripe blackcurrant, red fruit, and hints of spice, tobacco and dark chocolate derived from careful vinification and roughly 15 months of ageing in French oak. On the palate it’s full-bodied with firm yet polished tannins, vibrant acidity and expressive dark fruit intensity that meld with cedar, cinnamon and subtle mineral nuances. The finish is long and structured, showcasing balance between fruit concentration and elegant oak influence — ideal for both immediate enjoyment and further development in bottle.
