The 2022 vintage shows a delicate pale pink colour with fine, persistent bubbles, and opens with elegant aromas of fresh strawberry and raspberry lifted by subtle notes of toasted bread and almond from its extended lees contact. On the palate it’s refined and balanced with creamy, silky texture, bright red fruit tones and crisp acidity that lead to a persistent, elegant finish. A lovely expression of Pinot Noir and Monastrell in rosé sparkling form. Pairs well with smoked salmon, tuna, roasted chicken, and vegetable tempura.
