A rich and expressive Okanagan Chardonnay, the 2022 Meyer Anarchist Mountain Dekleva starts with aromas of ripe pineapple, lemon curd and pear layered with notes of honeysuckle, toasted oak and wild sage. On the palate it's creamy, combining generous tropical and orchard fruit with lively acidity. Hints of vanilla and dried herbs unfold through the long finish. An excellent match for lobster with drawn butter, roast chicken, creamy pasta or seared scallops.
