On the palate it is medium-bodied, refreshing acidity and a smooth, rounded texture. Hints of red cherry, black tea and gentle toast unfold through the long, balanced finish. An excellent match for roast turkey, grilled pork, cedar-planked salmon or mushroom dishes.
