Norman Hardie “Calcaire” has aromas of passion fruit, ripe lemon and green apple layered with notes of white flowers and fresh herbs. On the palate it is dry, combining bright citrus and orchard fruit with lively acidity and a focused, stony minerality. Nuances of lemon zest, apple meringue and delicate spice unfold through the long finish. An excellent match for oysters, grilled scallops, ceviche or Thai cuisine.
