On the palate it is medium-to-full-bodied with lush dark berry flavours, smooth, supple tannins and balanced acidity, finishing with a velvety mouthfeel and lingering savoury notes that combine fruit richness with elegant structure — a plush, classic Napa Merlot style with both character and accessibility. Pairs well with shabushabu with beef, hard cheeses, and roasted pork tenderloin.
