Description:

A vibrant and aromatic Ontario white, the 2024 Rosewood “White Rabbit” opens with aromas of lychee, peach and ripe pear layered with notes of jasmine, citrus blossom and fresh ginger. On the palate it is beautifully textured, combining juicy orchard and tropical fruit with lively acidity and a delicate off-dry balance. Nuances of mandarin, honeysuckle and subtle spice unfold through the long, refreshing finish. An excellent match for Thai curry, spicy fried chicken, pork dumplings or fresh goat cheese.
