Description:

Pale and bright pink with pastel reflections, this Provence rosé shows an elegant, fresh, Mediterranean personality. The nose opens with a fragrant bouquet of citrus (grapefruit, lemon), red berries and delicate floral notes of cherry blossom and peony, underpinned by subtle saline hints that reflect its coastal terroir. On the palate it’s crisp, lively and refreshing, with tangy citrus and red fruit flavours balanced by bright acidity and a fine mineral core. The finish is long and elegant with lingering citrus, mineral and slight bitter-peel accents that keep the wine vibrant and expressive. Pairs well with oysters, calamari, octopus, smoked salmon, and chevre and honey on crostini.
