A vibrant and elegant Tuscan Sangiovese, the 2022 Tenuta Buon Tempo “La Furba” opens with aromas of red cherry, wild raspberry and violet layered with notes of dried herbs,  and sweet spice. On the palate it is medium-bodied and beautifully structured, combining bright red fruit with fine-grained tannins and lively acidity. Nuances of cedar, earthy minerality and subtle balsamic notes unfold through the long, refined finish. Pairs well with bistecca alla Fiorentina, pappardelle al ragù, grilled lamb and aged Pecorino Toscano.
