The 2020 Gran Reserva opens with an elegant mousse and aromas of crisp green apple, citrus blossom and pear, layered with subtle brioche, toasted almond and mineral nuance from extended time on the lees. On the palate it’s dry with vibrant acidity that frames precise fruit flavours — lemon zest, white peach — and a creamy mid-palate that transitions into a long, refined finish marked by gentle toast and saline tension. Pairs well with sushi, sashimi, shellfish, lobster, and roasted chicken.
