On the palate it is medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, combining bright red fruit with silky tannins and fresh acidity. Nuances of earthy undertones, clove and gentle oak spice unfold through the long, refined finish. Pairs well with roast duck, pork tenderloin, grilled salmon and mushroom dishes.
