On the palate it is dry and beautifully balanced, combining vibrant citrus and orchard fruit with lively acidity and a distinctive mineral backbone. Nuances of lemon zest, wet stone and subtle saline notes unfold through the long, elegant finish. Pairs well with grilled sea bass, oysters, sushi and fresh goat cheese.
