On the palate it is crisp and lively, bright citrus with refreshing acidity and a beautifully clean texture. Nuances of gooseberry, green apple and delicate floral notes unfold through the long, mineral-driven finish. An excellent match for oysters, ceviche, fresh asparagus or goat cheese.
