The 2023 Blue Mountain Estate Cuvée opens with aromas of ripe pear, green apple and pineapple layered with notes of lemon, toasted nuts and gentle spice. On the palate it is full-bodied and creamy, combining generous stone and tropical fruit with bright acidity, a silky texture and a mineral backbone. Hints of citrus peel, French oak, lees and subtle toast unfold through the long, persistent finish. An excellent match for roast chicken, seared scallops, grilled salmon or creamy mushroom risotto.
