On the palate it is medium-bodied and vibrant, combining juicy red fruit with bright acidity, fine tannins and a silky, elegant texture. An excellent match for roast duck, grilled pork, wild mushroom risotto or herb-roasted chicken, whose savoury flavours complement the wine’s fragrant fruit and earthy complexity.
