A traditional-method sparkling wine from Okanagan, the Blue Mountain Gold Label Brut NV opens with aromas of green apple, lemon and red apple layered with notes of toasted brioche, hazelnut and delicate citrus blossom. On the palate it is crisp and beautifully textured, combining bright orchard fruit with a fine creamy mousse, lively acidity and subtle mineral character. An excellent match for oysters, spot prawns, smoked salmon or creamy Brie, whose delicate richness complements the wine’s freshness and elegant texture.
