Description:

Pale straw yellow with subtle green reflections and a fragrant, complex nose of citrus (lemon, lemon cake), white flowers, stone fruit (peach) and a gentle hint of vanilla from oak fermentation. On the palate it’s dry and well-balanced with lively acidity, crisp citrus and orchard fruit, rounded by creamy texture and a fine mineral thread. The oak influence adds subtle spice and depth without overpowering the fruit, leading to a long, elegant finish that lingers with citrus, floral and vanilla echoes. Pairs well with herb roasted chicken,  seafood paella, and pan-seared scallops.
