Chateau Tour de Mirambeau Reserve Blanc 2024 is pale straw with fresh citrus, pear and tropical notes of passion fruit and mango on the nose, with subtle hints of grapefruit and wet stone. On the palate it feels crisp and lively, with bright acidity and clean fruit joined by a gentle saline minerality that gives length and zest, finishing dry and refreshing. Elegant and well-balanced, this is a classic Bordeaux white that’s enjoyable by itself and especially good with food. Pairs well with fresh ricotta cheese, oysters with lemon, steamed mussels, ebi tempura, and fresh cod.
