Chateau Vermont Blanc La Grande Cuvée 2023 is a fresh and expressive dry white from Bordeaux’s Entre-Deux-Mers, based on Sauvignon Blanc with support from Sémillon and a touch of Sauvignon Gris. The wine opens with bright aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit, white flowers and fresh herbs, leading into a crisp, dry palate that shows green apple, citrus peel and lively acidity. A subtle mid-palate roundness adds balance and texture without weighing the wine down, while the finish remains clean and refreshing, marked by light mineral tones and a lingering citrus snap that invites another sip. Pairs well with fresh goat cheese, sushi, and breaded calamari.
