On the palate it is refined and beautifully structured, combining mature dark fruit with silky tannins and fresh acidity. Nuances of vanilla, clove, forest floor and subtle balsamic notes unfold through the long, complex finish. An excellent match for roast lamb, grilled ribeye, Iberico pork or aged Manchego, whose rich and savoury flavours complement the wine's elegance and depth.
