The wine shows a light ruby-red colour with a filigree bouquet of ripe forest fruit, hints of cold smoke, precious wood and a touch of lilac that’s both fragrant and poised. On the palate it’s silky yet driven, with precise red fruit and earthy spice framed by vibrant acidity and fine-grained tannins that carry through a long, harmonious finish — a classic Nebbiolo expression with both approachability and aging potential. Pairs well with veal, steak, yakitori, and beef udon.
