Dr. Mayer Pinot Noir opens with lifted aromas of sour cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry layered with rose petal, sweet spice and earthy forest floor notes. On the palate it is light- to medium-bodied and finely textured, combining vibrant red fruit with lively acidity and delicate, layered tannins. Hints of cranberry, cedar and savory whole-bunch spice carry through the long, elegant finish, reflecting its minimal-intervention approach and cool-climate character. Pairs well with duck, roast chicken, mushroom dishes and charcuterie.
