A rich and graceful Southern Rhône that beautifully balances power with finesse. Deep ruby in the glass, it shows complex aromas of wild black cherry, plum and garrigue herbs, with subtle hints of tobacco, spice and violet. On the palate it’s full-bodied with plush dark fruit that’s supported by soft, silky tannins and vibrant acidity, while nuanced spice, rosemary and underbrush notes add complexity through a long, elegant finish. Best enjoyed with a bit of air to reveal all its layers. Pairs well with grilled steak, Roquefort cheese, and venison.
