On the palate it’s medium-bodied and velvety-soft with juicy red fruit, gentle tannins and lively acidity that keeps the finish energetic and enjoyable. The texture is harmonious and the overall profile is elegant yet expressive, a classic Austrian Zweigelt with balance, drinkability and character. Pairs well with pork, veal, duck breast, and charcuterie.
