The 2023 Little Farm “Pied de Cuve Orange” opens with aromas of apricot, mandarin peel and dried orange layered with notes of chamomile, wild herbs and gentle spice. On the palate it is vibrant and savoury, combining juicy stone fruit with bright acidity, fine tannins and a delicate mineral character. Nuances of tea leaf, citrus zest and dried flowers unfold through the long, complex finish. An excellent match for charcuterie, roast chicken, grilled vegetables.
