The 2024 Neudorf Tiritiri Pinot Gris opens has aromas of pear, crisp apple and peach, with notes of jasmine, honeysuckle and white pepper. On the palate it is silky and beautifully textured, combining juicy orchard fruit with refreshing acidity, a gentle hint of sweetness and a subtle savoury minerality. Nuances of ginger, citrus zest and delicate spice unfold through the long finish. An excellent match for Thai curry, roast chicken or grilled halloumi, whose vibrant and savoury flavours complement the wine’s fruitiness and refreshing character.
