The 2020 Papillon “Voyage” Pinot Noir opens with aromas of ripe forest berries and wild strawberry, layered with notes of roasted sage, dried herbs and earthy spice. On the palate it is medium-bodied and elegant, combining concentrated red fruit with a rounded texture, gentle tannins and refreshing acidity. An excellent match for red wine-braised chicken, roast duck, grilled pork or seared tuna, whose flavours complement the wine’s earthy complexity and vibrant fruit.
