In the glass it shows an intense ruby colour with bright edges, and the nose reveals aromas of red fruits and cherry compote alongside gentle herbal and tobacco-like savoury notes with mineral undertones. On the palate it’s juicy and balanced, with lively acidity framing delicate floral nuances, ripe red berry flavors and silky tannins, finishing on a fresh, slightly salty note that reflects both elegance and purity a beautifully balanced and expressive example of Blaufränkisch from Sankt Margarethen. Pairs well with steak, pork, sausage, and meat pizza.
