A refined and expressive Cava, the 2022 Sumarroca Brut Nature Gran Reserva opens with aromas of green apple, citrus and pear layered with notes of brioche, toasted almond and white flowers. On the palate it is crisp and beautifully balanced, combining vibrant orchard fruit with fine mousse and bright acidity. Hints of honey, biscuit and mineral freshness linger through the long, dry finish, reflecting its extended lees ageing. Pairs well with oysters, jamón Ibérico, grilled seafood and Manchego cheese.
