The 2021 Tawse Riesling opens with aromas of lime, green apple and white peach layered with notes of jasmine, citrus blossom and wet stone. On the palate it is crisp and beautifully focused, combining vibrant citrus and orchard fruit with racy acidity and a striking mineral backbone. Nuances of lemon zest, pear and delicate floral notes unfold through the long, refreshing finish. An excellent match for oysters, sushi, grilled trout or fresh goat cheese.
